Twisted Arrow Performance Boots Shipping Policy 

Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a confirmation email  once items have been shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates: Domestic shipping rates will apply and will be available at purchase check-out. 

Local Delivery: If you are within a 25km radius of V1W-4C2 or Kelowna B.C., we maybe able to arrange local delivery. Please contact us directly at Heartbarperformance@gmail.com for more information and to make arrangements. Note: Some items may not be available for local delivery. 

International Shipping: We offer limited International Shipping to the USA. Please contact is directly at heartbarperformance@gmail.com for more information. Note: Some items may not be available for International Shipping. Your order maybe subject to duties, tariffs, and exchange rates if applicable. Twisted Arrow Performance Horses is NOT responsible for these charges if they apply. 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to track the status of your purchase. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box we will email you requesting for an alternative mailing address.
