Refund policy

Twisted Arrow Performance Boots Exchange Only Policy 

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. 

Exchange Window: Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or item of equal value within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. 

Final Sales Items: ALL sale & clearance items are final sales and are ineligible for exchange. 

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at heartbarperformance@gmail.com within 3 business days. In these rare cases we may provide an exchange at no cost to you or provide a refund for the individual item. 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange, unless the item was received damaged or was sent in error.
